A Makerspace is a creative place where you can try out different crafting tools and STEAM techniques without worrying about making a mess or having to own expensive equipment. Think of a room filled with supplies like fabric, basic electronics, paints, woodworking tools, 3D printers, beads, yarn, and clay - basically all the necessities for a hands-on project. Want to learn how to make a candle? Try to build a shelf? Customize a gift for someone? Create a scrapbook or design a basic circuit? This is your chance to explore and learn new skills in a supportive, creative environment.

Kids and teens can enjoy a variety of activities during our Open Studio sessions. They can select and receive guidance on DIY or art projects, play games, sing karaoke, chat with peers, and unwind in a safe, inviting atmosphere.
In addition to open sessions, we offer inspiring classes like "Creative Writing," "Guided DIY," and "Art & Story." These are more structured for those looking to intentionally learn a skill. They can also join our themed events or hang out with friends during our "Parent Night Out" event.
No matter what they choose to do: create for fun, create intentionally, or hang with friends, everyone is sure to have fun!

Learning cursive has been proven to develop, maintain and strengthen cognitive function. It improves hand coordination and memory. Kids who write in cursive often remember information better and can write faster. Since it exercises brain function, it also leads to improved spelling and reading. Additionally, learning cursive builds confidence and teaches patience. Despite debates about its modern importance, we still see cursive as a valuable skill.
