Our 12-week Home Economics course gives kids ages 7–11 a chance to learn practical, hands-on skills in a relaxed, creative studio environment with a small group of peers.

What we cover

Kitchen Skills & Cooking
Beyond recipes, we focus on kitchen safety, knife skills, and healthy meal preparation.

Sewing and Fabrics
Hands-on textile work, from fabric types to basic repairs and creative sewing projects.

Financial Literacy
Practical money talk covering budgeting, saving, and the value of things in a relatable, engaging way.

Household Management
Empowering kids to take ownership of their space, from organization to adulting basics.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

All supplies are included.

Schedule

Tuesdays: 11am–1pm, starting April 14

Thursdays: 11am–1pm, starting April 16

Add-on open studio time is available before and after class, 10–11am and 1–2pm at $14/hr.

Tuition

12-week commitment: $50 per class ($600 total)

Drop-in: $60 per class
